Jason Wang,
director of Project Department, susan Wang, Manager of Documentation Department
and Tingting Li, Commissioner of Document Department of Sinolite Industrial Co
LTD, have resigned from our company on June 30, 2020 for personal reasons.  We
thank, JasonWang, susan Wang and Tingting Li for their efforts and contributions to our company.

At the
same time,  we hereby declare that Jason Wang, susan Wang and Tingting Li have
ceased to hold any position in the company and are no longer responsible for
the relevant business of the company since the date of their resignation, any
external business transactions and other activities have nothing to do with our
company. In addition, we would like to state Jason Wang, Susan Wang have signed
a confidentiality agreement with our company. Their resignation will not have a
substantial impact on our companys core competitiveness and sustainable
operation ability. Sorry for the inconvenience.
